The Event Data Platform Team is focused on cloud-native and best-of-breed open-source tooling, deliver a scalable, robust, and data-intensive stream processing platform to process a different range of events and logs to generate metrics. Our platform caters to versatile SAP and partner products, empowering their development teams to deliver various solutions ranging from logs management to SLA metrics calculations. In this role, you’ll:
Work as part of an Agile team that delivers a platform to collect and process continuous event streams Collaborate closely with a strong team of developers and domain experts Develop and enhance monitoring tools to ensure system reliability and performance Improve and optimize test infrastructure to streamline development processes Contribute to system stabilization efforts Work on deployment pipelines to improve efficiency Be part of an international company, where English is the language of communication
Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Degree in Computer Science or related fields Experience in Scala, Java, or any Object-Oriented language Knowledge of container and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Teamplayer that feels comfortable working in an international atmosphere Very good written and verbal English language skills
