The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP architecture, extensive hands-on development experience, and a proven track record of leading technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP BASIS solutions to meet business requirements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP modules and ensure seamless system performance. + Oversee system configurations, custom developments, and enhancements to optimize SAP functionalities. + Manage and mentor a team of SAP BASIS developers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth. + Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to resolve complex system issues. + Ensure adherence to best practices in SAP development, security protocols, and compliance standards. + Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and patch implementations with minimal downtime. + Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and custom developments. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. + Over 10 years of experience in SAP BASIS development, with a focus on system architecture and custom solutions. + Proven leadership experience in managing SAP technical teams and projects. + In-depth knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and related technologies. + Strong understanding of SAP modules integration and data flow processes. + Proficiency in performance tuning, system monitoring, and troubleshooting complex SAP issues. + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** + SAP certification in BASIS or related modules. + Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations and implementations. + Familiarity with cloud platforms and SAP cloud solutions.
