About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Cloud Operations Specialist to join our team. This role requires hands-on expertise in SAP technologies and cloud operations to support large-scale application systems. You will play a key role in optimising system performance, ensuring stability, and driving automation to enhance operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities Manage and support SAP technologies, including SAP NetWeaver, Web Dispatcher, Business Objects, Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation, and OpenText. Oversee cloud operations for large-scale application systems. Apply ITIL and IT Service Management processes such as Incident Management, Event Monitoring, and Change Request Management. Develop technical documentation, including Knowledge Base articles, Wiki pages, Root Cause Analyses, and blog entries. Automate monitoring and operational workflows to enhance system efficiency. Provide expert-level support to service areas, assisting with advanced troubleshooting and contributing to process improvements. Lead initiatives like architecture decisions, process mining, and continuous improvements to ensure system stability and scalability. Work closely with domain leads, service engineers, and operations teams to enhance system supportability. Drive initiatives to reduce application-related outages and collaborate with product development teams for feature enhancements and bug fixes. Required Skills & Experience Strong SAP Basis expertise, with an in-depth understanding of SAP systems at both OS and application levels. SAP certification in NW Administration or S/4HANA System Administration is preferred. Experience working with cloud hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with knowledge of automation and provisioning. Solid troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage time-sensitive and complex technical challenges. Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for technology.
