We are seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud & Datasphere Architect to join our team. This role involves designing and delivering scalable, end-to-end SAP solutions, with a strong focus on analytics, financial planning, and architecture. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional teams to enable enterprise-wide innovation and transformation.
This position offers a unique opportunity to lead large-scale SAP-driven transformation programs, collaborate with senior teams across Europe, and work with some of the biggest global clients.

The office

Our office in Amsterdam is located on the Zuidas: a bustling area where many companies are based. In our Cross Towers, as many as 1000 people are welcomed daily. Haven't had breakfast yet? Responsibilities – How can you make a lasting impact in a rapidly changing world?

Enterprise Architecture & Solution Delivery;
• Design and implement end-to-end enterprise solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere, and related tools.
• Develop roadmaps and implementation plans, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and integration.
• Deliver enterprise reporting and business analytics solutions for SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards, promoting reusability and SAP’s Clean Core principles.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive continuous innovation.
  Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define strategies aligned with SAP’s product portfolio.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and deliver successful projects.
• Lead architectural governance processes and provide mentorship to architecture teams.
  Analytics & Financial Planning Expertise
• Deliver enterprise-wide reporting and SAP Financial Planning & Analysis solutions based on SAC & Datasphere
• Design and optimize data models, dashboards, and reports to meet complex business needs.
• Align analytics strategies with business KPIs, steering models, and value trees.
  Thought Leadership & Pre-Sales
• Support pre-sales activities, presenting SAP solutions and driving client engagements.
• Share knowledge and innovative practices with the broader SAP capability.
• Represent the team at industry events, contributing to thought leadership initiatives.
 

Job requirements – Where do you start if you want to change the world?

Experience in roles such as Enterprise Architect, Data Architect, or similar, including in customer-facing roles. Hands-on expertise in enterprise reporting and business analytics for SAP-centric solutions, especially in financial planning Proven expertise in SAP’s product portfolio, with a focus on:
o SAP Analytics Cloud
o SAP Datasphere
o SAP BW/4HANA and SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation)
o SAP S/4HANA
o Experience with BI and dashboard tools (e.g., Analysis for Office, Lumira, Power BI). Familiarity with both on-premises SAP solutions and their corresponding cloud-based alternatives SAP certifications for BTP and Data – will be an advantage:
o Data Analyst - SAP Analytics Cloud
o Solution Architect - SAP BTP
o Data Engineer - SAP HANA Dutch speaking will be an advantage
