As a SAP Analyst Cash to Order you will configure, implement and support of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Logistics (LO Module) and Global Trade Services (GTS) within our multi-system landscape and will need to have a detailed understanding of all aspects of SAP SD/LE/GTS Logistics including order entry, shipping, deliveries, and global trade.

You will report to the Order-to-Cash / Logistics SAP Supervisor and be located either remotely or hybrid in Cranberry Township, PA if local.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all change requests for the SD/LE/GTS processes.   Work with the teams, internal and external, to help prioritize all change requests and to identity tester(s) for each request.   

Participate in workshops to explore, define, and document requirements with global business representatives.  Write blueprints, business process flow, requirement documents, main decision documents, and functional specifications for new/changed requirements.

Investigate, analyze and communicate requirements of business processes to contribute to knowledge required for systems development and problem resolution.

Contribute to solutions and configure applications to support our needs and create queries to support ad-hoc reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Equivalent Work Experience 

2+ years of SAP experience with SAP Sales & Distribution, Logistics and Global Trade Services

Hands-on configuration and user experience in SAP Sales & Distribution, Logistics and Global Trade Services.

Experience writing detailed functional specifications for both configuration and development requests.

Experience with delivery processing (Pick, Pack, PGI), inventory and warehousing processes are required.  Set up processes surrounding movement and transfers, replenishment, put-a-way, shipping, packing, and handling unit management.

Knowledge of SAP security roles as it pertains to OTC processes.   

Experience with SAP development processes (change control, job scheduling, development methodologies, system landscape, application development, and back-up and recovery, etc).

Experience with S/4 HANA.
