The porter is responsible for maintaining a high level of sanitation throughout the department. Work is coordinated through daily and weekly cleaning schedules. Knowledgeable in Trayline positions, works on Trayline as needed. Qualification: Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.. Training and Experience: Previous institutional food service experience helpful.
