As a Sampler Reservations Agent you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Call open Vacation Introductory Package (HVIP) guests to verify details, answer questions, and attempt to lock in dates for their open-dated package Coordinate full customer/concierge services to all guests including the selling of tours and activities Assist in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs, according to the standards of professionalism adhered to by the Hilton Corporation Provide complete and accurate information to guests on every telephone call or electronic communication, especially information about tour presentation, accommodations, premiums, upcoming vacations and promotions Complete fulfillment VIP package processing, room reservations, tour booking and charging credit cards Meet minimum production standards for activations Work with Resort Operations to resolve any accommodation issue Ensure the privacy and security of confidential information about our guest and our company!
