ResponsibilitiesAbout the role
Sample Receipt Technician 1 will be responsible for logging in samples received by the laboratory from coolers or from customer drop offs. They will also be responsible for checking client chains of custody.
Unload samples from client returned containers.Log samples into laboratory LIMS system based off client chain of custody.Distribute short hold samples quickly and effectively to various departments.Liaise with project managers regarding sample questions.Maintain quality client service.Handle samples using assigned safety protocols.Other duties as assigned.
About you
Associate High School Diploma or equivalent is required.0 – 5 Years’ Experience.Excellent problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work efficiently.Working conditions
Position may require the lifting of items up to 35 lb in weight.Position will require travel to client locations. QualificationsWorking at ALS
