RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Provide a positive role model to students and staff.  Organize programs for students, including personal development, family home evenings, meals, service, contact with home, etc. Provide supervision for students living in dorm, ensuring their safety, security, and good conduct. Monitor each student to ensure personal hygiene, grooming, and proper attire is observed according to school dress code. Maintain a safe, secure, and orderly living environment that is conducive to spiritual, academic & positive social growth. Manages behavioral issues according within school policies and reports concerns to the school principal for coordination. Assist with homework, study schedules. Coordinate and conduct early morning and evening devotionals.  Conduct regular bed checks.  Take care of ill students as needed. Accompany students to doctor visits, shopping visits, Church, etc. Support the parents and a spiritual figure head in the dorm.  Plan and supervise holiday programs Updates school principal often with dorm facility needs.
