Salesperson Video Project Coordinator 2 - West Region
Job Description Our e-commerce team at Nordstrom ensures that customers experience the same great fashion and service on Nordstrom.com as they expect in our stores by remaining committed to providing outstanding customer service every day. The Salesperson Video Project Coordinator 2 will partner with Product and Studio teams to coordinate flow of video samples to video shoots. The goal is to ensure timely flow of items to feed video workflow while maintaining maximum efficiency. Flexibility in hours during peak periods may be required. Minimal travel between office locations may be required. A day in the life… + Partner with studio merchandise teams to receive and check in daily flow of video samples + Organize groups of products for shoots based on average video shoot output and product availability + Group products together by product type and style using understanding of current trends, internal product hierarchy, and range of categories for salesperson talent + Organize and prepare video product notes for reference on-set + Partner with Production team to coordinate sample movement between studios and video shoot locations + Maintain strong understanding of video process, tools, and systems + Develop relationships with Production and Project teams and engage key business partners + Escalate and collaborate to address issues regarding video item flow + Actively explores opportunities to streamline process and works to implement change as appropriate, and communicates updates to the team + Maintain on-set standards for video production + Help support Launch of New filming regions in collaboration with Production team + Assist in interviewing candidates for the Assistant Stylist Role + Train new Assistant Stylists on location in filming stores with in region + Attend weekly meetings with all project coordinators 2's in salesperson video to ensure consistent product flow and allocation to sets You own this if you... + Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.) + 3+ year of experience working in the fashion industry or related degree + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities + Clear verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills + Ability to build healthy relationships with peers & partner teams + Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a commitment to following through on agreed upon objectives + Driven by customer experience and commitment to results + Ability to lift 40 pounds (samples, boxes, supplies, etc.) We’ve got you covered… Our employees are our most important asset and that’s reflected in our benefits. Washington: $24.75 - $40.00 hourly This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
