KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA) is embarking on an exciting growth phase, expanding its direct presence in seven regions. Modernization sales are a strategic priority for our business to support our growth plans.
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Operations & Sales Manager, we are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Salesperson—Modernization to join our Cape Town, South Africa office. In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and strategically or locally important customers. You will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers.
We are looking for someone with a growth mindset who will focus on creating customer trust, value, and loyalty. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a go-getter who understands how to partner and collaborate with the business. We need someone who can influence, is result-driven, and possesses strong commercial acumen skills.

Are you the one?
A diploma or higher will be advantageous.Minimum 3 - 5 years of technical experience in the elevator/escalator industry preferred.Minimum 3 - 5 years’ technical experience the construction and building materials.Experience from/ familiar with solution selling methodology.Experience from/ familiar with (selling) complex technology solutions.Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with a focus on high-level customer service.Passion for sales, with a proven track record and strong customer focus.Experience in the local South African market is preferred.Fluency in English is a must.What do we offer?
