SFDC Technical Support will work as part of the Business Systems Operations team dedicated to ensure that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs. We are seeking someone with good technical and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs to administer and enhance the system accordingly. This person will serve as the "go to" for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, provide training, and more.

Responsibilities:

System configuration changes, refresh and updatesDefine and discern business problems that require analysis and develop a solutionProvide application support and management on corporate enterprise systems including Salesforce, SF managed and connected apps, Jira and ConfluencePerform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permission, assignment rules, capacity and storage managementMaintain Salesforce platform such as meta data management, reports, dashboards and workflows.Manage all aspects of Salesforce configuration, including changes and potential system implications related to the Salesforce release upgradesCoordinate Salesforce sandbox and application release managementProvide after-hours support for urgent requests as and when needed as well as support biweekly weekend releasesLook to improve system usability and best practiceAdditional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:              

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferredExcellent team player with a positive can-do attitude and able to work in a self-driven environmentSalesforce Administrator CertificationExperience working in Agile process/teamsExperience with Service Cloud, Sales CloudExperience in administering Jira and Confluence is a plu
