As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

About the Role

Elicit requirements and translate to technical solutions that can scale across multiple business units.Execute on the agreed upon technical architecture by defining the granular solution design based on user requirements.Direct all technical activities and manage workload and timelines across the dev team.Work closely with Functional Lead to understand details of client requirements and solution design - provide recommendations and/or alternatives to align solution design with Salesforce and industry best practices, as needed.Liaison directly with the client’s Technical Lead on a day-to-day basisOversee the development cadence on a day-to-day basis - assign build activities to dev team, provide hands on mentorship and guidance on approach and expectations, tailored to the level of experience of each dev team member.Responsible for the design, coding, building out solutions, implementing Salesforce applications.Application development, including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements.Contributing to technical documentation.Provide recommendations and/or alternatives to align solution design with Salesforce and industry best practices, as needed.Responsible for the execution of the development / build activities.Direct all technical activities and manage workload and timelines across the dev team.Raise critical design changes or challenges to the engagement Technical Architect.Attend Agile/Scrum stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to plan, design, code and review development tasks.

About You

You are likely a good fit with the following key attributes:

Degree holder (e.g. IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines)Required skills: salesforce development, customization, coding, build out solutions, technical lead experience, at least 2 or 3 salesforce certificationsMinimum 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in Consulting related to salesforce.Must have at least 3 to 5 years lead experience.Has actual experience in any of the salesforce platforms such as sales, service, experience, health or marketing cloud.Skilled in designing, coding, building out solutions, and implementing salesforce applications.Experienced in developing customer-facing interfaces, supporting business requirements and deal with all the CRM needs of the client.Ability to solve problem high-level software and application issues.Comfortable working with different nationalities and doing client facing.Open to work onsite and/or hybrid setup, office is based in Makati City.
