Salesforce Sr. Developer Lead

About the role: 
We are a forward-thinking leader in the insurance industry, committed to optimizing business processes through innovative technology solutions. DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Sr. Developer/Lead to join the team.  This person will play a key role in leading the Salesforce team and implementing Salesforce across the enterprise.  

Location: Remote

Salary Range: $160,000.00-$180,000.00

Position Overview:
The Salesforce Sr. Developer/Lead will be a key technical leader in Salesforce implementation across DUAL North America.  This role will focus on leading Salesforce design and development efforts, ensuring consistent delivery in line with business goals and needs, and aligned with Salesforce best practices for optimal performance, scalability, and security.

Essential Functions:
•    Lead Salesforce development team to design, develop and deploy scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform.
•    Define Salesforce technical solutions in alignment with project requirements and Salesforce best practices.
•    Plan implementation activities, including working with scrum teams to estimate implementation effort required.
•    Establish Salesforce DevOps practices and appropriate tool implementation for use by implementation teams.
•    Provide expertise and guidance to Salesforce BAU team on environment configuration and settings for optimal operation and security.
•    Develop Salesforce integrations connecting the Platform to other systems in the DUAL North America enterprise, including providing technical insight from a Salesforce perspective to the API Management team.
•    Use system performance and user feedback to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
•    Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, features, and industry trends to drive innovation and improve system capabilities.

Job Requirements (education, experience, skills): 
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
•    6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
•    4+ years of Salesforce coding experience, developing including integrations
•    2+ years leading Salesforce development teams.
•    Financial Services Cloud experience (preferably Insurance)
•    Salesforce DevOps tools experience (Flosum, Copado, GearSet, etc.)
•    Multiple Salesforce Certifications: SF Admin, Platform App Builder, Platform Dev I and II preferred
•    Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, tools, and best practices.
•    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•    Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•    Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
