Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect Scrum Lead in Boston, MA. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams delivering Salesforce capabilities in complex enterprise environments * Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos * Drive adoption of Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and delivery of value aligned to business goals * Partner with Salesforce developers, architects, and stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions on Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud * Lead and support Salesforce Lightning upgrades, org consolidations, and platform modernization efforts * Guide architecture and integration of Salesforce with enterprise data platforms, including Data Cloud and Tableau * Ensure high standards for data quality, data governance, and reporting accuracy across pipeline and sales performance dashboards * Support design and implementation of data aggregation strategies to power advanced analytics and executive dashboards * Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, business analysts, and security/compliance teams to align technology with business outcomes * Ensure adherence to HIPAA, HITRUST, and other healthcare compliance standards in design and delivery
