Could you be the full-time Technical Analyst of Salesforce Services Solutions in our Digital Transformation organization we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and IT expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, solution-driven teammates.
You'll contribute to the design, control the development and technical architecture of Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with our business strategies. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (ERP, Engineering, Digital), manage technical design, and support the rollout of projects worldwide.
You’ll specifically take care of documenting the Salesforce Services Solutions’ Technical Core Model, lead development and release management activities, but also provide technical expertise to operations teams.
We’ll look to you for:
Managing and implementing technical design in sync with business strategy
Ensuring the integrity of the Salesforce Services Solutions’ Technical Core Model
Presenting analysis and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
Leading development, packaging, and release management activities
Contributing to the delivery of Salesforce Services Core Model evolution
Supporting application rollouts and maintaining the core model’s application

Degree in engineering, preferably in information technology
4 years of experience on Salesforce platforms
Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and design
Familiarity with IT technologies supporting customer services
A Salesforce certification (Administrator, Platform Builder 1, Platform Developer 2)
Additional Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
