Job Description

As a Salesforce Release Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient deployment of Salesforce applications and updates within an organization.

This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce release management processes, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the release cycles to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.

KEY RESULT AREAS

Collaborates with application developers, designers, and architects to ensure a shared understanding of the business model and the detailed function requirements.Performs development activities as assigned by Studio Technical Lead or Architect.Responsible for conducting technical code reviews and unit testing.Works with Studio BA/QA resources to support testing and perform defect fixes as neededParticipates in studio daily scrum and project status calls to provide accurate updates on deliverable timelines and statusCreates and manages technical documentation as requiredWorks with Technical Delivery Manager proactively for task prioritization, resolving issues and escalationsResponsible for code release and deployment activitiesParticipates in reviews of plans associated with project execution.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3-5 years of Salesforce Design and Development experienceBusiness Analysis skills to understand the Business Problem and propose the best technical solutionEnterprise implementations of complex SFDC applications, with reports, workflow, working with several SFDC objectsExpertise in Apex, Visual force, Web Services, SOQL, SAQL, SASL, AJAX, XML, JavaScript and HTMLMaintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.Strong communication, technical and virtual collaboration skills are a mustExperience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teamsExperience working with Salesforce Lightning experience is a plus
