Salesforce QA Engineer

Your role

As a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer, you will be instrumental in the development, execution, and improvement of software testing strategies for our Salesforce environment. Your expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Lead-to-Cash processes will ensure that we deliver flawless solutions to meet business needs and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

Develop and implement detailed testing strategies for Salesforce CPQ and Lead-to-Cash configurations to ensure functional and technical requirements are met. Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using modern testing frameworks. Lead the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test reports, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all features. Identify, document, and track bugs, collaborating closely with the development team to facilitate timely fixes. Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives and other key Agile ceremonies, providing insights and feedback that influence product quality. Manage QA environments, coordinating with IT teams to ensure proper setup and availability. Mentor junior QA analysts and lead cross-functional collaboration to enhance overall team performance and knowledge. Continuously refine our QA processes and tools to improve efficiency, test coverage, and team capability.

Skills you’ll bring 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years specifically in Salesforce environments. Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ and thorough understanding of the Lead-to-Cash process. Strong experience with Salesforce testing tools and methodologies. Proficiency in automated testing tools and scripting. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic, agile environment. Must have Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.  Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist are highly desirable.
