As a Salesforce Project Management Staff you will assist with creating client evangelists, enabling all stakeholders feel heard, receive timely and complete communication and ensuring that developed applications meet client business needs. In collaboration with project leads and engineers, the Project Management staff performs a key role in supporting outcomes, including delivery of integrated software solutions timely, on budget, and to our client’s satisfaction. This role will require hands-on Salesforce project management skills across multiple small and large projects. The Project Management Staff will be involved in overall project management, resource management, and project delivery.

Responsibilities:
Ensure successful on-time and on-budget project execution by daily monitoring resource allocation for budget alignment, and reallocate funds as needed to meet stakeholder requirements efficiently
Support all project meetings, guiding clients through Statements of Work and project plans; help to prepare accurate, detailed weekly summaries
Provide insight to leaders on project scope and potential scope changes
Ensure that your work will consistently meet the overall project timeline
Participate in ongoing process improvement by identifying changes to standard processes that encourage reusability and increased efficiency
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience requiredMinimum one year Project Management experience, preferably in business software, consulting, and/or professional services environment; experience in a budget-oversight or finance role preferred
Expertise creating and using GANTT charts with task-level dependencies
Experience using agile methodology and knowledge of technology product life-cycles
Salesforce experience desired
Strong communication skills, client management experience, and proven ability to work with clients to develop and manage an implementation plan, preferably on the Salesforce platform
Organizational and project management skills with ability to own and drive project schedule from start to finish
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook SharePoint) and experience with enterprise level project management tool
Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5% if needed
