In Salesforce marketing and sales at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Salesforce applications related to marketing and sales. You will analyse client requirements, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Salesforce marketing and sales applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their marketing and sales processes, enhance customer engagement, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Job Description

The Senior Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs. This role involves extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Interaction Studio, Datorama and Data Cloud. The Marketing Cloud Sr. Architect will be working with the client and PWC Salesforce team to define the overall architecture and design for SF Marketing Cloud Implementation at the enterprise level. The Sr. Architect needs to be a demonstrated expert in technical and functional aspects who can participate in client discussion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for MC, CDP, Datorama, Interaction Studio/ MC Personalization.Understand and implement key integrations between Marketing Cloud and the broader Salesforce ecosystemDrive requirements and design to identify and recommend workable solutions to clients across data driven marketing, single view of the customer, and marketing technology, with a specialization in personalization use cases.Create architecture and solution blueprints to meet client requirementsWork with project management to develop the overall implementation solution planWork with data integration technologies to design and implement new solutions and processes for clients to support new customer experience strategies and ingest data to Salesforce CDPWork with business and technology client representatives to gather functional and technical requirements

Qualifications:

Overall 10+ years of experience in MarTech and/or Marketing Data & Analytics space.

•     Relevant Salesforce MC experience.

•     Understanding of web technologies including HTML5, CSS, and Javascript

•     Understanding of web application architecture including single page applications and server-side HTML web applications.

Experience with Technologies and Processes for Marketing, Personalization, and Data Orchestration.

•     Experience with marketing campaign design and implementation. Experience in online ad serving or site serving platforms.

•     Relevant Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.)

•     Strong aptitude toward communicating complex business and technical concepts using visualization and modeling aids. Ability to conceptualize and design sophisticated wireframes, workflows, and diagrams

•     Experience with complex data modeling to combine data from the Web, Email, Mobile, and Data Warehouses to build a unified view of a customer

•     Ability to work independently and be a self-starter

•     Comfort and ability to learn new technologies quickly & thoroughly

•     Specializes in gathering and analyzing information related to web and data integration, real time interactions, and customer use cases

•     Excellent analytical & problem solving skills

•     Demonstrated ability to influence a group audience, facilitate solutioning and lead discussions such as implementation methodology, Road mapping, Enterprise Transformation strategy, and executive-level requirement gathering sessions

•     Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Privacy concepts and regulations a plus

Proven project management skills and the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience with third-party marketing automation tools and platforms.Knowledge of APIs and web services for system integration.
