Salesforce Experience Cloud Tech Lead
Job description:

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Experience Cloud Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) along with leadership experience in guiding teams and delivering successful customer solutions. This role involves overseeing the technical design, development, and integration of Experience Cloud within Salesforce ecosystems.

Key responsibilities:Technical Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.Customization Configuration: Design and implement Experience Cloud features including portals, communities, and customer-facing applications.Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver the best-fit technical solutions.Code Review Best Practices: Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance policies. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.Integration: Integrate Salesforce Experience Cloud with other systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation tools) to provide a seamless user experience.Troubleshooting: Act as the point of escalation for technical issues and provide effective solutions.Customization Automation: Leverage Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows to build custom features and automation in the Experience Cloud environment.Training Mentoring: Provide guidance and training to team members, ensuring technical knowledge transfer and skill development.Platform Upgrades: Lead platform upgrades and ensure the system is optimized for future Salesforce releases.Resource Management: Collaborate closely with project team members (onshore and offshore) to ensure seamless project execution. Resource allocation and work prioritization, effort estimations with respect to delivering as per agreed timelines, guiding developers with technical solutions and best practices.Required SkillsMust Have Skills:Salesforce Experience Cloud Expertise: Minimum 8 years of Salesforce projects execution with at least 3 years in tech lead role. Deep understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud, including community setup, customization, branding, and security configurations.Salesforce Development Skills: Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), writing SOQL queries and optimization, configuration and admin skills, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows, Git and Deployment (SFDX).System Integration: Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, or custom solutions.Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues. Sound knowledge of data access and sharing rules (security model)Technical Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead a technical team, manage multiple projects, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Communication and Engagement Skills: Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills to speak and present to the client.Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile development environment with a focus on continuous improvement and iterative delivery.Nice to have skills:Salesforce Lightning Experience: Familiarity with the Salesforce Lightning Experience and customizations in the Lightning UI.Experience with other Salesforce Clouds: Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other related platforms.
