Salesforce Enterprise Business Technical Architect
Job description:

Enterprise Architects define and ensure a comprehensive and coherent view across Business, Information, Systems and Technology. They go beyond designing Salesforce as an IT system to deliver business change, which may also be supported and enabled by Salesforce. Technical Architects define services from a business perspective. They have deep business and industry expertise, are familiar with industry standards, and can work at the boardroom and senior management level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:As a Business Architect, you design and manage enterprise solutions. You demonstrate leadership of topics in the architect community and show a passion for technology and business acumen.You work as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level in a major client organization. You lead Capgemini operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence. You are seen as a role model in the Salesforce ecosystem.Required Skills:Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience as a team member of successful software project implementations related to Product Configurator, SaaS, Quote-to-Order and minimum 4 years’ experience in the capacity of a Technical Lead in a consulting organization.Strong Technical background, Analytical, and Problem-solving skills are required within the Solutions Space
Technical and functional expertise in Salesforce
Experience in salesforce.com
Awareness of web, database, and object oriented software technologies, and force
Experience in hands on design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing and other implementation activities
Experience managing offshore development resources in a particular technical area (those being configuration, customization, data migration, integration)
Knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies.
Experience with Agile
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills
Significant Consulting/client facing background
