Your role

Architect and Design Solutions: Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and leverage Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
Project Management: Lead and manage Salesforce engagements from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
Pre-Sales Solutioning: Collaborate with sales teams to develop and present Salesforce solutions to potential clients, demonstrating the value and capabilities of the platform.
Presentations: Deliver engaging and informative presentations to clients, showcasing Salesforce solutions and project progress.
Integration and Customization: Design and implement integrations with other systems and customize Salesforce applications to enhance functionality.
Documentation and Training: Create detailed technical documentation and conduct training sessions for end-users and technical teams.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce advancements and continuously improve solutions and processes

Your skills and experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Technical Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Industry Experience: Experience with Salesforce Sales Service Cloud in one of either Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Defense is required.

Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities.

Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

Experience with data modeling, integration patterns, and security best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to lead and manage project teams.

Expertise in pre-sales solutioning and delivering impactful presentations.

Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients.

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $83,000-$183,430. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
