The Salesforce Developer II will design world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. The Salesforce Developer II position will be responsible for developing code-based solutions within Salesforce platform and will work closely with our Business Analysts and Salesforce Administrators to develop solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.
Primary Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements, translating those requirements into customized solutions using the Salesforce platformDesigning, coding, and implementing Salesforce applicationsDevelop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce extending Salesforce capabilities to support our business requirementsWith project leadership, assist in the estimation of work effort and set a realistic schedule for developmentAssist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and codeDevelop integrations from Salesforce to internal proprietary and third-party servicesTesting the stability and functionality of the applicationTroubleshooting and fixing bugsMaintaining the security and integrity of the application softwareJob Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering preferredExperience:
4+ years of Salesforce development experienceExperience developing customer-facing interfacesExperience writing Apex classes and triggersStrong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teamsUnderstanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and APIExperience using GitHub or other version control softwareExperience integrating Salesforce with other applicationsCompensation Range:
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
