\nHeadquartered in Austin, Texas, with showrooms in High Point and Las Vegas, we have additional offices in China, India, Indonesia, Mexico and Vietnam. Four Hands is seeking a talented and versatile Salesforce Developer to join our Technology team. This role involves configuring our CRM across multiple departments, managing user accounts, maintaining the database, and training stakeholders to use the tool effectively. 

\nThe ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with leaders across departments such as Technology, Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing. They will also be adept at prioritizing business needs while balancing system capabilities and organizational impact. 

In This Role\nOversee user management, security settings, and access controls\nCustomize Salesforce objects, fields, and Lightning page layouts\nEstablish and manage workflows, approval processes, and automation rule \nCreate and maintain reports and dashboards, leveraging data visualization and analysis\nUtilize tools like Data Loader for data import, export, and updates, ensuring data quality and integrity\nConduct data backups and validations\nProvide ongoing support to users, addressing system functionality and user experience issues promptly\nDevelop simple Apex code for triggers, classes, and batch jobs\nCreate custom Lightning components and Visualforce pages\nImplement basic integrations with third-party systems using API's\nAssist with unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment processes\nUtilize tools like Salesforce Sandbox, Change Sets, and Ant Migration Tool for deployments\nDocument configurations, customizations, and processes\nTrain end-users on new features and best practices\nWork closely with business analysts, project managers, and senior developers to gather requirements and implement solutions\nParticipate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and team meetings within an agile environment \nMonitor system performance, implement improvements, and ensure the Salesforce instance is up-to-date with new features and releases\nOther responsibilities as needed \nUphold our core values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team:\nBe open and honest\nReach for excellence\nAct with responsibility\nValue the whole person\nEnjoy the journey\n\n\n

The Ideal Person\n2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with experience doing Salesforce Administration  \nSalesforce Developer Certified with Salesforce Advanced Administration Certification \nUnderstanding and capability to write Apex classes, triggers  \nExperience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems which includes performing upgrades, troubleshooting, and other successful integration needs \nComfortable training and educating key stakeholders and end users on system capabilities \nAbility to communicate across multiple levels of leadership to build a trusted partnership \nExcellent problem-solving skills to solve business and process-related issues \nTechnical documentation experience \nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, preferred \n
