Qualifications:

8-10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale platform implementationsExperience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project managementExcellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaborationAbility to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate client executives on the basis of expertise, maturity, and professionalismProven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publicationsAbility to manage multiple projects of different scale and durationAbility to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensionsHuron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experienceWillingness to travel up to 50%Job Description7+ years of consulting experience.7 + years of experience managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting, systems development, and systems.Experience and ability to lead teams of architects, business analysts, project manager, developers (on-shore and offshore), QA, deployment in a hybrid-agile methodology.Experience and ability to effectively communicate and lead client teams in both business and technical environments.Experience in Healthcare (Provider preferred) industry.Experience and ability to participate in and potentially be lead SME in early and late-stage sales assist opportunities including working with the Salesforce channel.  Familiarity with Force.com platform technical limitations and common technical design patternsAbility to define and deliver custom Force.com enterprise applications.Hands on development experience with the Salesforce.com API.Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP.In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM applicationExperience defining business solutions leveraging SFDCIn-depth Visual Force and Apex knowledgeProven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.Experience with Enterprise Integration tools.Minimum Travel required during the process & discovery sessions at the client locations.Effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.Client-focused attitude. A customer advocate.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in management information system, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related IT discipline

Certifications:

Salesforce.com Certified (Architect or Developer)

Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certifications are a plus.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $165,000 - $225,000.  The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.  Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $206,250 - $303,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
