Key Responsibilities: * Salesforce Commerce Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce Commerce Cloud initiatives, coordinating across multiple teams within a matrixed organization * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, ensuring alignment with Company's strategic goals * Leverage Commerce Cloud's OOTB capabilities to deliver scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions * Work with Salesforce Preferred Partners and internal teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and platforms * Oversee the migration of content from current platforms to Salesforce Commerce Cloud * Ensure the new platform supports both B2C and B2B customers, providing a seamless user experience * As a Salesforce Commerce Lead, you will provide training and support to internal teams on the use and capabilities of Salesforce Commerce Cloud * Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce Commerce Cloud features and best practices, ensuring Company leverages the platform to its fullest potential
