As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

About the Role

Work closely with key stakeholders.Execute design and discovery workshops.Design Salesforce solutions using configuration and do data migrations.Customizations of Salesforce using Apex and Visualforce.Ensure and maintain quality.Work on projects focused on Salesforce/Force.com developmentDocument and analyze required information and dataPrepare requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendationsCommunicate project status to management, and elevate project concerns to appropriate internal project sponsorsElicit Functional Requirements through various communication channels, including face-to-faceCreation and delivery of requirements, planning documentation, features and functional specifications, business process flow design, and recommendations on scopeIdentify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutionsAccountable for certain project deliverables and documents as well as project outcomes and qualitySuccessfully complete systems configurationAccountable for certain project deliverables and documents to be presented to clientEnsure deliverables meet technical requirements as well as client expectationsDemonstrate understanding of how various issues affect the overall outcome of projectsManage and maintain a collaborative working relationship with clients and consistently deliver high-quality servicesHelp to ensure project(s) achieve their intended results. About You

You are likely a good fit with the following key attributes:

Degree holder (e.g. IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines)Required skills: skilled in salesforce functional, design salesforce solutions, system configuration, exposed to any salesforce platforms e.g sales, service, experience, marketing cloudMinimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in Consulting related to salesforceMust have at least 2 salesforce certifications.Experienced in designing salesforce solutions, data migration, configuration.Can provide suggestions and recommendations during all phases of the engagement.Comfortable working with different nationalities and doing client facing.Open to work in Makati City, hybrid setup.
