Experience in Go-to-Market business processes, such as Sales, Services, Marketing and Customer Success. Strong documentation skills, including business/technical design and test plans. Service-oriented mindset, support day to day operational issues Ability to turn a discussion with a user into requirements and solution design Out-of-the-box thinking and the ability to propose creative solutions. Ability to work both independently and as part of a global team. Salesforce Admin certification is a plus.
