Position Summary:
Mold-Masters is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Georgetown, ON. This is a unique position where the Salesforce Business Analyst works alongside internal functions to support the Sales & Service teams. They will be primarily responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering end-user solutions for Mold-Masters’ CRM & CPQ System. They will liaise closely with Business Users and IT, and actively work on business process development & improvement, implementation testing & support, and end-user communication & training. The Salesforce Business Analyst will work closely with Senior Sales Leaders to support in sales analysis, reporting, and planning.
Work You’ll Do:
Sales & Service Support:
Leverage Salesforce.com to assess, recommend and implement solutions to enhance the effectiveness of our Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, and Quality functions.
Managing sales reporting processes to support forecasting and client management.
Tacton CPQ Support:
Working closely with Product Managers and Technical Engineers to understand business requirements for new products or product enhancements into Tacton CPQ.
Configure products as needed into Tacton CPQ; including setting up pricing, quote document management, and preparing for integration into ERP.
General Administration:
Perform routine administration functions for Salesforce.com and Tacton CPQ.
Configuring CRM/CPQ with workflows, validation rules, etc.
Leveraging and configuring AppExchange products to develop solutions
Stakeholder Communication:
Solicit, gather, and analyse user input and requirements, and implement the optimal solution.
Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and testing scenarios
Adoption:
Allowing and empowering users to utilize Salesforce and Tacton CPQ, including training, collecting user feedback, and guiding best practices for user experience.
Documentation & Process Mapping:
Documentation of processes
Creation of training plans/videos.
Documentation of User Stories & Test Scripts
Project Management:
Participate and coordinate the delivery of work product with offshore teams across project phases using Project Management tools and software implementation methods (e.g. Agile)
Support with other Business tools:
Support with other business tools that integrate with Salesforce, including CPQ Tools, Business Intelligence, and Integration tools.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or functional analysis
Experience with Salesforce Service, Field Service and/or Sales Cloud
Experience with Tacton CPQ or similar configure, price, quote (CPQ) solutions
Experience with Agile project management methodology
Excellent communication skills and business analysis skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with project management tools (e.g. DevOps, Jira, MS Project)
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Experience in manufacturing industry
