What You Will Do:
A federal client is modernizing their case management systems using Salesforce. We are in need of a business analyst to support the planning, implementation, and on-going customization of the system. Typical responsibilities will include:
Collecting business requirements, and documenting processes
Presenting recommendations to leadership, including process enhancements, and system features
Assessing both functional and technical needs for the project
Testing and validating the solution meets user requirements
Facilitating sessions with stakeholders
What You Will Need:
Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a TOP SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance T
Bachelors Degree -OR- FOUR (4) years of relevant IT experience in lieu of degree
SIX (6) or more years of experience engineering and deploying complex IT systems
Experience with Salesforce
What Would Be Nice To Have:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance TS/SCI
Experience in litigation case management
Experience with stakeholder facilitation and documenting user requirements and processes
Technical certifications, with Salesforce
The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
