Responsibilities: * Solution Design: Lead the design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements, performance and security standards, approved architecture designs, and best practices - 35% * Technical Design: Develop detailed technical architectures, including system components, integrations, and data flows - 20% * Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements - 15% * Technology Selection: Research and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms and tools to build the solution - 10% * Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation - 7% * Customization: Oversee the customization of Salesforce applications, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex code - 5% * Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to improve our Salesforce environment - 5% * Cost Estimation: Provide cost analysis and project planning for solution implementation - 3% * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations * Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends * Works closely with the developer team to ensure that projects are delivered correctly and on time * Perform Impact analysis in all aspects of the Salesforce domain
