Position: Salesforce Administrator

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

Worker Type: Full-Time

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proficient Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall administration, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce functionality, along with extensive experience in managing complex Salesforce environments and leading Salesforce initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related inquiries, issues, and requests.Administer and configure Salesforce to support business processes across various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations.Customize and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, workflows, process builder, and validation rules to meet business requirements.Implement and manage Salesforce automation, including workflows, process builder, and approval processes.Perform data management tasks, including data imports, deduplication, and ongoing data maintenance.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions.Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing settings to ensure data security and compliance.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, escalating to Salesforce support as needed.Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, and implement relevant enhancements to optimize our Salesforce instance.

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.Salesforce Administrator certification is required

Preferred Requirements:

Additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist or Platform App Builder are preferred.Deep understanding of Salesforce functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.Proven experience in administering and configuring complex Salesforce environments with multiple integrations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.Experience with Salesforce CPQ and other Salesforce products is a plus.Experience of Copado and other DevOps tools is a plus.

Salary Range:

$78,400.00 - $130,800.00

This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
