A Salesforce Administrator solves business problems by customizing the Salesforce Platform. They build, configure, and automate technology solutions to deliver business value. Salesforce Administrators work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products
Maintain the platform
Make it as easy as possible for users of any technical level to use Salesforce
Stay current on the platform’s new tools, capabilities, and updates
Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration
Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups
Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups
Resolve user support tickets
Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools inside our organization
Provide ongoing user training and create training materials as needed.

2. Years of Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
3. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Salesforce certified administrator certification
4. Specific Course/Certifications:
Salesforce certified administrator certification
Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
