Sales Training Assistant Manager

As a Sales Training Assistant Manager, you will report to National Training Sales Manager. You will responsible for the development of color training course system, covering basic color theory, color matching skills, color psychology and other content, base in Shanghai Songjiang Plant.

Key Responsibilities

Regularly optimize the course according to industry trends and customer requirements and feedbackIt is necessary to organize guidance and assessment on a regular basis, and discover and guide students' learning problems in a timely manner, so as to formulate personalized courses and study plans.Actively cooperate with sales and marketing departments, participate in the planning and implementation of training and promotion activities, provide professional advice and guidance for potential trainees, collect the needs and opinions of trainees, and provide strong training support for the company's business development and growth.Collect the latest color technology and trends in the industry, and constantly update the training content; Keep your courses up-to-date and up-to-date.

Qualifications

More than 3 years of color-related work and 3 years of experience in coating chemical related work, such as color design, art direction, interior design, etc.; At least 2 years of training and teaching experienceCollege degree or above, major in art design, art education, interior design and work experience in paint colorProficient in color theory, proficient in all kinds of color matching principles and techniques, able to use professional software (such as Adobe Photoshop, etc.) for color design and analysis. Excellent language expression, clear teaching ideas, patience.Have a strong sense of learning and innovation, and be able to constantly update the knowledge system.
