Sales Team Leader-Certification

Job Description:

As a  the Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals focused on selling certification services to clients across various industries. This role requires strong sales management skills, a deep understanding of certification standards and processes, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

New business development and existing customer management for management system certifications. Establishes sales strategies to develop business through a deep understanding of the client’s business needs in this market. Lead Business Development for all major/key opportunities in coordination with the certification Business Line Manager. Management and growth with key accounts as may be defined by Sales Manager and Business Line Manager. Build and strengthen good relationship with clients, prospects, and associations. Coordination of regional/global contracts. Provide market information on certification. Lead the sales team in identifying the business leads and secure the business. Monitoring and reporting sales leads, activities, opportunities and pipeline. Preparation and coordination of seminars for Certification & Training products. Support with marketing tools such as presentation material, profiles, catalogs, reference lists, completion/appreciation letters, etc.

 

Job Requirements

 

At least 3 years experience in sales and marketing / business development Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Prior experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification industry is preferred Keen eye for exploring business opportunities Driven, passionate about sales Strong sales acumen Good in establishing rapport with all levels of people Able to work in fast-paced environment and meet tight schedules
