Job Description

The Retail Sales Employee is responsible for working with our Marketing team on Selling our Retail Dining Plans.  The Retail Sales Employee provides general customer service and assistance to guests while selling meal plans  Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities Greets and assists customers while anticipating their needsEnsure dining members are set with new purchasesOperates tablets and computers to complete transactionsResponsible for selling of meal membershipsMaintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers. Is adaptable to customer needs.Adheres to cash handling policies and proceduresEnsures security of company assets

Qualifications Previous customer service experience preferredPrevious Sales experience perferredPrevious cash handling experience preferredBasic math and counting skills requiredDemonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalMust be able to work independently with limited supervisionMust be available to work flexible hours including evening and weekends
 

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
