Technical Sales Support Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesSupports the sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers,Provides technical support and consultation during the technical meetings, product presentations, negotiations,Lead the preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements in coordination with,Negotiates the customer contract T&C's, and align them with ABB T&C’s,Handovers the project in the kickoff meeting,Analyzes customer needs and specifications through general market information and information provided by the Sales organization,Performs lost analysis, identifies potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with Sales/Local.
Qualifications for the roleUniversity degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering,Preferred experiences of Medium Voltage systems and switchgears sales/tendering, design experience,Experience in technical clarification and reading specifications of Medium Voltage switchgears generating deviation lists and filling data sheets,Preferred experiences in contractual negotiation,Good command of written and spoken English & Turkish,Good knowledge of MS Office Applications,Able to work with diverse cultures in a multinational environment,No limitation for international customer events & visits.
