Summary:
The Sales Support Specialist administers the onboarding process for new dealer and manufacturer credit line requests. Responsibilities are centered in contacting prospects to obtain required information and leading them through the entire onboarding cycle. In addition to ensuring a satisfactory applicant/customer experience, the Sales Support Specialist ensures accuracy of data in the system of record.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Contact prospects in accordance with daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Validate and input account data within the system of record (Inventory Engine) and ensure accuracy.
Ensure prospect applications and submitted application requirements are in accordance with Legal, Compliance, and Credit policies, processes, and procedures.
Obtain information to qualify new prospects including products and brands that are carried and purchased from distributors.
Lead qualified prospects through the customer onboarding process from application to activation including understanding applicant organizational structure, filing UCCs, and administering system generated loan documentation.
Maintain tracking, reporting, and forecasting of active pipeline.
Expand and maintain product and brand knowledge.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external customers.
Perform other onboarding related tasks, responsibilities, and special projects as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related degree or equivalent education and/or experience
1+ years' experience of sales, finance, loan documentation or customer support experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exceptional attention to detail, organized, and possesses the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while staying focused with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication (verbal and written communication) and listening skills.
Problem solving skills.
Working knowledge of Salesforce, credit basics and/or UCCs.

Compensation Range:
$20.00 - $30,00 HourlyThe compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
