As a Sales Support Specialist, you will support the Sales organization to facilitate the achievement of business objectives. You may participate in global initiatives that involved supported tools like CPQ, CRM, Sales related Mendix tools, Spotfire reporting and other supported business tools.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Engaging with sales management to guide continuous sales channel improvement utilizing existing and new business toolsParticipate in WW projects to ensure that project deliverables to meet business requirements for region such as AFO/EMEAI/ APACSupport complex issues for CPQ, Reporting, and Sales toolsUser training for supported business tools and reportingPartnering with the Business Analytics leads to provide accurate and timely reportingPartnering with other team members, IT, and global operations to drive process continuity across business channelsWorks on business system/process assignments with broadly defined objectives and solve issues, challenges and problems within system/process of specialization

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree plus a minimum of 5 years relevant experienceDemonstrated experience with Agilent sales tools including  SAP CRM/SFDC, SAP ECC, Mendix tools, Quoting tools. Knowledge of automation tools like RPA would be an advantage..Ability to collaborate equally effectively through all hierarchical levels.                                                             Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and solve problems.Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Business Intelligence tools.Ability to support the development and deployment of tools needed for business growthAbility to utilize Excel or other tools to generate custom reporting/ analytics                                                                               Excellent communication skills.Fluent in English. Spanish is an advantage.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
