Job Summary

As Sales Support Specialist you are the link between Sales, Technical and Customer Service teams and external customers in B2B area of Food Industry. You’ll be part of the international team working in Creative and Innovative area servicing major players of B2B sector in Food Industry.

Participation in the preparation and translation of presentations, seminars, events for clientsMaintaining the department's document flowEntering and maintaining price records, processing and checking price offers at the request of sales managersOrder product samples and track delivery status, maintaining sample flow data on sharepoint, updating the status of sample deliveryCooperation with the logistics department to control the stock of goods in the warehouse to sell goods with a suitable shelf life, monitoring goods with packaging defects for use as samplesAssistance to the sales department in meetings with clients, note-taking, translationCross-check order details, enter prices and corresponding batches in SAPWork with customer complaints – registration in the system and control of compliance with deadlinesProvision of Q&A documents, ordering samples for declaration purposesRequest, collect and provide Q&A documents at the request of customersReceiving and coordinating initial requests from customers and employees of the companyCoordination of the signing of documents at the request of customers and employees of the company
