As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial teams. You will collaborate with Business Development, Account Management, Operations, Accounting, Customer Service, and technical teams to address business-critical service requests.

A passion for travel, a knack for smooth operations, and a keen eye for business efficiency are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and resolve incoming support requests as outlined in the Sales Support service catalogue.

Promote existing support services to sales teams and identify barriers to their use.

Participate in sales team meetings to identify additional support opportunities.

Fulfill internal service requests from various business stakeholders.

Act as a custodian of our processes, identifying and addressing deviations.

Communicate and collaborate effectively with different areas and levels of the organization.

Share best practices within the team and with relevant departments.

Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Adopt a problem-solving, can-do attitude.

Qualifications:

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.

Strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of related experience.

Experience in sales support, account management, or client servicing in a B2B sales environment is a plus.

Experience in e-commerce, technology, search engine companies, or the travel industry is a plus.

Expertise in tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, Looker, and Zendesk is a plus.
