Summary

The Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in the Care for Business (CfB) sales process. The Sales Support Specialist partners closely with Account Executives, Marketing, RFx team and Pricing teams. 

 

Primary Responsibilities

Proposal support, creation, distribution Opportunity routing/management Sales material support, presentation builds, personalized content Day-to-day sales process support and follow up (i.e. contracts, NDAs, etc.) Salesforce opportunity and contact QA Salesforce sales process help desk Communications coordination between Strategic Partner VPs/Relationship Manager and Marketing/Implementation for voluntary only customers Special projects as required

 

Candidate Qualifications: 

2+ years of relevant work experience in a sales support function Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment  Knowledge of employee benefits is a plus Ability to effectively work in a matrix organization  Strong strategic, innovative and analytical thinking Experience in supporting complex, cross-functional projects  Strong communication, writing and relationship building skills

Salary Range:  $75,000 to $85,000

The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives.
