Sales Support Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.You will be mainly accountable for:1. \tProvide fast daily sales support for domestic sales units. Including motor data sheet,dimension drawing,technical solution\t\t\t\t\t\t2. \tProvide motor quotation \t\t\t\t\t\t3. \tSign technical agreement with customer\t\t\t\t\t\t4. \tCommunicate with back-end department for complex technical solution feasibility\t\t\t\t\t\t5. \tVisit customers to support sales. Collect market requirement\t\t\t\t\t\t6. \tHelp sales to promote new product and new solution\t\t\t\t\t\t

Qualifications for the role

Education(Level): University graduate or above\t\t\t\tMajor: Mechanical Engineering \t\t\t\tLanguage: Fluent in Mandarin (oral and written). Fluent English ( oral and written)\t\t\t\tPC Skills:\t Good PC skills, Microsoft office,AutoCAD,NX\t\t\t\tPersonality: Action oriented, Customer orientation, Capability to work independently\tMotivational, organizing and planning skills, goal-oriented, Capability to work independently and analytical. \t\t\t\tProfessional experiences and skills: Mechanical or electrical engineering background on electrical motors. Over three years experience in machine sales and support works. Be good at communication,full of euthusiasm,and like challenging..Willing to work with different cultures.\t\t\t\t\t\t
