Sales Support Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to Implement product marketing strategies in assigned area to meet business objectives and in line with global product strategy. Implement all marketing activities, and support Sales organization in driving sales and services of respective products. The work model for the role is: onsite.This role is contributing to the Electrification business areaYou will be mainly accountable for:•\tImplements the local go-to–market product marketing strategy, including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy. •\tAchieves product marketing targets and budgets through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed. •\tExecutes annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Business Units/Product Groups. Prepares business plans focused on business development for a defined market. •\tCoordinates market analyses with Sales team members and defines appropriate forecasts and plans. Evaluates and shares customer research, market conditions and competitor data. •\tOversees sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to Sales team(s). •\tDrives sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for each salesperson. Facilitates know-how sharing and cross-collaboration. •\tCooperate with local sales organization to develop new distributor and OEM partner in specific region.
Qualifications for the role\tB.Sc. or above degree preferably on electrical or mechanical.\t> 5 years’ working experience in the industry of medial voltage products, be familiar with MV products and system.\tMore than 3 years’ experience on engineering design, project management, product management, service, or market/Sales development.\tDigital application knowledge and experience is an advantage.\tChannel development experience is an advantage. \tStrong determination, perseverance, cross-cultural sensitivity.\tVery good sense of customer support, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\tHas strong communication and presentation skill\tUnderstanding of contract negotiation, risk management and commercial and legal terms.\tHas the knowledge of developing new channel/distributor and OEM partner independently Fluent written and spoken communication skills in mandarin and English.Be Proactive, high level of self-motivation, self-starter
