Customer support and warehouse team lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to handle orders and provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance/support to internal and external customers. You will work within the service team, managing service orders. You will receive inquiries from customers and either forward them to sales personnel or handle them yourself. You will also receive orders from sales managers and process them accordingly.The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LIhybridThis role is contributing to the ABB Motion in Lithuania.You will be mainly accountable for:• Ensuring the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.• Recommending appropriate solutions for customer requests and coordinating with the related teams to ensure end-to-end handling of the request (e.g., production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice, etc.) is in place.• Keeping the customers proactively informed on the issue status based on the inputs received and clarifying their doubts.• Preparing and analyzing regular statistics (e.g., forecast) using available tools and collecting additional relevant information and tracking regular sales performance against the target and sharing insights with the management.

Experience in a similar roleTechnical knowledge is highly appreciatedProficiency in SAPEffective communication skills and high level of self-motivationFluent in Lithuanian and good in English; ABB is a multinational company, and the English language is important for reading manuals and cooperating with colleagues abroad
