Role Summary:
The Sales Support Representative (SSR) is key member of the Europe and Africa After Market Commercial Operation team and will provide real-time support to Customers in the assigned Region for Flowserve pump spare parts quotation and order review and handover. As SSR you will work closely aligned with End-User Sales teams, in order to keep a clear and effective commercial approach. Together with Operations you will collaborate to ensure consistent execution of Customer PO’s. You will act independently to execute the assigned tasks, with the objective to solidly sustain the spare part business development, ensuring to meet, and possibly exceed, the customer expectations. This position requires onsite presence and is based in Budapest, Hungary.

Responsibilities:
As a SSR you are accountable / responsible for spare parts quotation and Pricing activity, after clarifying the incoming requests of quotations, from technical and commercial standpoint
Ensure a consistent commercial approach, in line with market expectations. Ensure the offers are issued on time, respecting and possibly anticipating the due date. In case of delay, promptly inform counterpart about new expected delivery date
You will be responsible for T&Cs, SAP, C&C review and approval and any other legal and compliance requirements
You will review the PO originated by customers, ensuring full compliance to acceptable terms before transferring the PO to BU
Act as single point of contact for sales and customers about Pump Spare Parts Quotations within the specific area of responsibility
Be the Customers interface for any request, update, communication relevant to PO execution; be the reference point for any change order request. Ensure all new spare part opportunities are duly loaded in Flowforce and synchronized with Flowparts
Visit customer in coordination with Sales Engineer if required, to support the negotiation process
Proactively recommend upselling, eventually involving the technical team for alternatives or complementary products
Expectations:
Bachelor’s degree in a commercial or a technical field
Excellent speaking & writing in English
Ideally one year of professional experience
Excellent communication skills with Customers, Sales and Operations
Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently and be a team player with a global mindset and approach
Ability to prioritize and proactively complete tasks across the organization
Availability to travel when required
Preferred experience/skills:
Commercial drive and experience in a B2B environment
