Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Graduate (f/m/d) to join our dynamic team in the Suisse Romande region. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing HPE event activities, coordinating with local Account Managers, and driving social media initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities
Event Management:Manage HPE event activities in the Suisse Romande region, serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for our headquarters.Organize presentations and events with partners and customers in collaboration with the Account team.Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, equipment setup, registration processes, and catering.Handle on-site event support, troubleshooting technical issues to ensure smooth operations.Stakeholder Coordination:Act as the SPOC for local Account Managers, coordinating event activities within their respective industries.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and external vendors, to align event objectives and execution.Develop and engage with the extended partner ecosystem to maximize HPE’s presence in Suisse Romande.
Social Media and Promotion:Drive social media activities in collaboration with the Sales Director and Account team to promote events and enhance brand visibility.Support promotional efforts by coordinating with marketing teams for event campaigns and social media announcements.
Administrative Support:Support management team activities as required.Maintain and update event budgets, tracking expenses to ensure cost efficiency.Assist in creating post-event reports, gathering feedback, and analyzing attendee data to improve future events.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:Bachelor's degree in Event Management, IT, Marketing, or a related field.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.Familiarity with project management methodologies and leadership skills.Basic understanding of IT concepts and technologies.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Business and customer-oriented team player with the ability to form alliances across global boundaries.Preferred:Previous internship or experience in event planning or IT-related projects.Creativity and problem-solving skills to manage unexpected challenges during events.
