**Sales Support Coordinator (10-Month Contract)**

**The Job:**
As a Sales Support professional, you will be part of our Sales Team working to ensure seamless operations and support for our major accounts and internal teams.
Your duties will include:
+ Maintaining online portals with updates, images, forms, barcodes, product removal and catalogue copies.
+ Supporting the sales team with customer requests for all major accounts
+ Creating marketing materials for store events, including posters and flyers.
+ Sustaining Out of Stock reports
+ Supporting the Commercial Sales Team with ad hoc administration requests as needed.
+ Creating and following up with Purchase Orders for all departments.
+ Preparing the Onsite Offers presenters for distribution.
+ Assisting the Commercial Sales team at events, including sales, setup, and pack downs.
+ Assisting team members with hosting customer meetings, including setting up rooms, taking notes, and coordinating catering needs.
+ Attending all marketing and brand WIP meetings and taking minutes.

You Will:
+ Proven experience in sales support or administrative roles, with familiarity in using online portals and databases.
+ verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and customers.
+ Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining attention to detail.
+ Flexibility to handle ad hoc tasks and solve problems efficiently in a dynamic environment.
+ A commitment to providing outstanding service to both internal and external customers.
