Sales Support Associate
Position:
As the Sales Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
Timely organizing daily shipping operations Follow-up and checking factory, market, and distributor stock levels and sufficiency in line with monthly close targets Creating daily, monthly, and annual inventory and shipment reports Timely and accurately calculating monthly shipment targets in line with monthly sales targets and sharing with Regions Actual shipment follow-up and ensure in line with targets during the month Follow-up and working out misdeliver and the damaged products
The position will be reporting to Sales Planning Manager.
Requirements:
University Degree Engineering or Business Admin (Bachelors/Masters) Minimum 2 years of sales operations experience in FMCG Fluency in English Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications, advanced level of Excel is a must
